Arrowchat is not letting members login

I just noticed that arrowchat is not logging in members when they log into me site, the chat bubble keeps telling members to log in, no one can log in, I'm using the Dating Scripts version, it should see the users in the database, everything looks good in the admin panel what is causing that to happen.

I checked in the admin panel and I can look up users by username and memberID so the chat is connected to the database.
