Public Chat messages disappear after closing chat window

Hi everyone,

I am facing an issue with the Public Chat where messages are not retained in the chat window.

What happens: When someone posts a message, it displays normally at that moment. However, if you close the chat window and reopen it, the message disappears and is no longer kept.

Time Settings: This is not caused by the message retention setting. I have tried setting it to 0 (to keep messages forever) as well as 1440 minutes (1 day), but the messages still get lost.

Important Note: In the chat logs, while there is an entry showing that a user sent a message, the actual text/content of the message is completely empty and does not display what was written.

When it started: The chat was working fine initially. The problem started right after I tried to change the message retention setting from "forever" to 3 days.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, or does anyone know how to resolve this?
