Tried Implemented Changes and Bar disappeared

In my template the forum said that if you have IPB to change the code to say

<script type="text/javascript" src="/arrowchat/external.php?type=js&v=1.0.1" charset="utf-8"></script>

After I did this, my bar has disappeared and I can't seem to get it back. We had a block with the following inside it.

<script type="text/javascript" src="/forums/arrowchat/external.php?type=djs" charset="utf-8"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="/arrowchat/external.php?type=js&v=1.0.1" charset="utf-8"></script>

If it disappeared after you did this, than your browser cache was the only thing making it actually work. A site URL and test login account would be helpful.
