can anyone help with jcow integration??? (jcow 4.2.1)

on the installation everything was perfect (no errors), but on the bottom appears nothing :(

path: /jcow/arrowchat/
subdomain: channel.mydomain.com
database ok
prefix=jcow_ , usertable=accounts, usertable_name=fullname, usertable_userid= id, usertable_avatar=avatar, friendstable=friends, friendstable_userid=uid, friendstable_friend=fid

config file copied to subdomain root
addet the codes after the <head> and before the </body> tags
visit the subdomain

nothing appears on the bottom ? what is wrong??

It might be that you didn't upload the includes/js/arrowchat_core.js file in binary mode.

Binary mode isn't required anymore. Open up a support ticket. Filling out the additional information gets it solved quicker.

i am beg them alot of hours to help me ... i am crying to get help ... i opend many tickets and the dont want to help me ... beleave me i beg and cry for help ... my heart is broken .
