What is difference on host and sub domain

Hey team,

Thanks for the nice software.

While i purchased arrow chat ,on the members page under account purchase. It asked me for the site name and i have entered as domaintld.com - I mean my domain name.

But i have installed the arrow chat script on my sub domain named chat.domaintld.com

It's a standalone installation. I have configured everything , including on the admin page of my arrow chat I have marked the arrow chat location as /chat/ meaning the URL of arrow chat installed is either chat.domaintld.com or domaintld.com/chat/

I could see the bar here ex : domain.tld/demo/members.php

Though i logged in it is not working.

So tell me is that a issue with subdomain mentioned here in arrow chat or where the issue is at.

Though no reply here. I have got the reply from the support ticket saying.

From the latest version, they have changed the domain and sub domain process. So that the scripts runs on all folder and all over the site if it is installed within folder or out side the site .
