Optimization, GZIP, Compressing JS, CSS, HTML

Good day.
I would ask support or anybody on forum for acceleration of the arrow chat.
I've uncomment optimization in external.php on lines 30-40 for GZIP-ing external css & js files. However It's not speed-up loading the page.

While browsing pages while user not logged in (chat scripts not included in HTML) pages opens on the fly, but then user logged-in (chat scripts are included) page loads about 3-5 seconds..

Also I've send to output jquery.js & jquery-ui.js usign my own GZIP PHP script which is compress these file too.

Maybe somebody can assist me in chat optimization to make It load page faster?
