Changed language. Bar disappeared. (2nd time)

This is the second time this happened to us when changing the language file. I changed a few words in the en.php and resaved. Then the chat bar disappeared and I have no idea how to get it back. This happened last time when we had support. There is no way I am going to pay for support again. I know for a fact that I did not do anything wrong. Please help me get the chat bar back.
