How to add and Show only Buddies in Chat window

I would like to know how to add and only show buddies in the chat window similar to facebook..I dont want everyone who joins my website to be shown in the list of buddies

Disable Buddy List
Checking this will disable friend's list and everyone on your site will be able to chat with anyone online.
