arrowchat lastest not appear on my ipb 3.3.0

i want to try arrowchat for my forum ipb 3.3.0, and i download trial product but when i install it not appear :(

After you login to your site, visit /arrowchat/public/debug/ and let me know what comes up.

everything ok, but i saw that http://yeu.la/arrowchat/external.php?type=css

i thing this is my problem.
