Admin login problem

Hi,

I login admin panel but when I clicked any menu link, I go login screen again,

My sistem:
Joomla 2.5.4
Jomsocial 2.6.0
AC 1.5.11

This error has occurred again after the update 1.5.11 to 1.5.12
