vbulletin: ArrowChat just loading for a specific usergroup?

I want to install arrowchat and that it only loads for a specific usergroup (e.g. VIP Members).
Is this possible?
No guests or other members should even know that there is an arrowchat

There is a comment with the usergroup conditional. You'll want to put the if statement around your Arrowchat footer code (and header code if you want).
