crontab Delete-Chat-History

1. I am looking to crontab something that will auto Delete-Chat-History.
2. Appreciate someone points me to the php/routine I can just contab.
3. Hopefully this will be "version" independent.

You can just run /public/cron/index.php how ever often you want. It will delete everything but the last 3 hours of history (of course, you can change that time).

Please note that you need to edit the .htaccess file in that directory first to allow your server's IP.
