I looked up your account and we have tried to contact you twice. I suggest that you add support --at-- arrowchat.com to your email's safe/contact list so that you can receive our emails.
We were unable to complete the installation because the provided FTP account does not have rename/delete permissions and we're unable to create a required installation file. If you could give us those permissions and let us know when you have, that would be great. Thank you and I apologize for all the trouble.
