GPU(Grid Performance Unit)How to decrease the amount of GPU

Arrow chat eats from 60-160 GPU daily. Most active page is:

arrowchat/includes/json/receive/receive_core.php

Its using about 80% of GPU daily/montly.

So the question is, is there any possible way to decrease the amount of GPU used by the arrowchat?
