No one is available to chat - using IPB

Hi

I have installed on IPB and there are hundreds of online users but it is saying no one is available to chat.

I have looked at the debug and there are two issues which I do not know how to fix:

The User ID is not set. ArrowChat is acting as if no one is logged in which may or may not show the bar depending on your settings.

The buddy list has an error in the MySQL.

How do I set the user ID? I thought this would connect with the database and get the user ID's from that?
