Arrowchat says I'm not logged in... but i'm logged in! - SMF

Hello!
I've just installed arrowchat on my SMF forum and the installation was successfully, but when I try to chat, it says that i'm not logged in, but I'm logged in!
I've set in the config that only registered users can chat.

What can I do? It's important to solve it...
