From 1.5.1 to 1.6, Installation issue.

Hi,

I ve fully deleted the old version. Then uploaded the new one. After is I ve done all steps and checked everything, I ve noticed that it's imposible to run yoursite/install/. I mean u can type it, but nothing hapens, just a white space.

Any ideas why i ccan not install it?
