Business Edition Video Freezing

Hi all,

We installed the video chat business edition today and I've been testing it with some people on my PHPFox site but it's freezing quite a bit. We're on a shared server so I'm wondering if this would have anything to do with it? I thought it was P2P though so this wouldn't matter.
