problem with wordpress

hi i'm trying the arrowchat ... i install it and edited the code and it's now shown on my website imadkhouly.com but when i logged in with my account (admin) the chat still see's me as guest .... and even still display loading when i open the chat button.

any thing wrong i did.. ?
