Installation error - could not find config file

Hello,
While trying to install arrowchat with my skadate script, on the second step where it needs to connect to existing database, I get the following error:

ArrowChat could not find your SkaDate configuration file. Check to make sure that the ArrowChat folder is located within your SkaDate folder.


Any clue what has to be done next?
