My chatbar suddenly dissapeared

Hi -

I've been using arrowchat for about a year with no problems. Suddenly, around Feb 1, the arrowchat bar dissapeared from my site. I can still log into the admin console, everything is active, but it's just not showing up on my site (IPB) anymore. The "includes" is still there:

Any suggestions on what I could look at?Appreciate ANY pointers, thanks!

I noticed there is a error_log. Suddenly as of Feb 1 when it stopped working, this is the error:

[01-Feb-2014 07:48:00 America/Chicago] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_var() in /home/[domain]/public_html/arrowchat/external.php on line 1

EDIT: I reuploaded the files and now its working. Somehow some of those files were changed.
