Mobile version problem

Hi instal Version 1.7.1 and I can't run chat on my phone ?? when I go to General Features and I tick the Enable Chat Bar on Mobile Devices and next go to setings its show me only this ,,Show idle user list'' and this is ,, on ''so what happen my phone is samsung galaxy s3

Mobile chat is accessed from www.yoursite.com/arrowchat/mobile/

in 1.7.1 some time message sent in mobile mode, but not showing to me, when refresh, show this messages, problem occuring randomly, can anyone help me?

I checked this on arrowchat site, in mobile browser and have a same problem, any idea to fix it?
