Logged In, But Arrowchat Still Acting As If User Is Guest

My site is using IPB and I have Arrowchat set to be accessible only to members, and it's been working fine until today...

Now the chat bar won't show at all, even to logged in members. Just always displays the exclamation triangle image with the text "you must register or login to use chat."

Well, we're logged in... What's going on?

I have the same problem, i use arrowchat on an PHPFOX community. I tested all browsers but arrowchat dont know me as a USER!
any answer?
