Mobile Chat: outgoing messages not displayed

I have a problem with the the "mobile chat" feature.

The problem occurs often, but not on every browser.
Typical systems where the problem occurs:
Win8, Firefox 29.0.1., standard installation
Win8, IE 10.0.15, standard installation

The problem occurs not on a older Firefox installation (FF < 25)


Description of the problem:
- All arrowchat features (chat in bottom bar etc.) work without problems
- The "mobile chat" page opens without problems
- After opening a conversation on the "mobile chat" window, all incoming messages are displayed without problems
- The outgoing messages (after pressing send button) do not appear on the sender's window, but appear on the window of the recipient. So the chat messages reach their destination, but are not displayed on the sender's window.
- After reloading, the messages appear on the sender's window.
- This problem does not occur when the sender uses the bottom bar (not the mobile chat).
