How to remove comments and add moderators?

How do I remove comments that are spam from people and how do I add people as moderators to the chat?

I'm using Arrowchat on IPB.

Im wondering the same; using Arrowchat in connection to IPB and I dont see any options to delete spam from a chatbox.

More chat room moderation is coming soon. Individual messages cannot be deleted right now.

So people can spam the chatboxes and the only thing you can do is ban them, but everything they posted stays. That's a little ridiculous IMO.
