Is there a way to lower the CPU usage? Our host disabled our site because arrow chat took up lots of CPU :(

Disabling features like guest chat and auto joining of chat rooms can help. In addition to that, adjusting settings on the configuration page in the admin panel can help.
However, 99% of the time, the real culprit is that the server is not properly optimized. Using some basic server optimization almost always fixes the issue.
Lastly, there is a small chance that your server just isn't big enough for the number of users you have online.
