Can't change guest username, can't create chat rooms

I'm testing a demo of Arrowchat, and i can't seem to do anything with it.

1.) Upon creating chatrooms, a circle just keep circling, and rooms never load.
2.) The same happens with the online users tab, nobody is displayed
3.) Any application like music player or soundcloud if i install does not show an icon, but just shows a blank square.
4.) WHERE exactly is the change username, for the guest option? It is not even available in the www.arrowchat.com website!
5.) When i use 2 computers, i cannot do a videochat using the official www.arrowchat.com website!

Am i missing something big here, or what is going on...

Plus, sent emails to the Arrowchat team 3 days back, no replies.
I've been considering Cometchat too, and they reply always in time... Arrowchat, please give me reasons to buy your services.
