High Server Load/Refresh Rates?

Hi,

I have purchased ArrowChat and currently have it installed on my website. The issue is after a few hours the load on my dedicated server hits at least 30.0 and never drops. I currently also have LiteSpeed installed instead of Apache and use Cloudflare for caching.

My website has roughly 80,000 members with around 300-400 online at the same time. Is there any advise or configurations anyone can suggest to keep the loan as low as possible and it's currently slowing down my entire site.

Are there any staff that can help with this issue? Every time i activate arrowchat my server load steadily increases until the server is un-responsive.

I have paid for this software and i am paying for the push service, and it's not helping..

Support seems to be pretty poor from the looks of it, which is a shame as the product itself is quite good
