Which version should I download?

I purchased the business version (I couldn't use the trial because of Ioncube, so hoping everything works)
When I download it asks if I want the 'Premium', 'Lite', or 'Business' version.
What's the difference between these?

If you want one-on-one chat only, the lite edition.
If you want all features, business.

There really is no reason to select the premium edition but we keep it there anyway.
