1st time user, installed on IPS4.1

I just installed ArrowChat on my forum and have it loading fine but the chat always shows - no one is available. What am I doing wrong?

Open up a support ticket with all the technical information filed out and we'll take a look.

Actually, a couple of users just popped up. I'll wait till tomorrow to see how it goes.
