Showing single chat room in the chat bar

We've installed arrowchat (and so far think it's very awesome). I'm wondering if we can show just a single chat room in the chat bar? We only have one chat, and don't allow users to create their own chats - so we'd like to replace the "Chat Rooms" listed in the bar with the single room we've created - and if possible - show the active user count like the 'Friends' section lists.

Is any of this possible?
