Announcement Error, AC 1.5.11

I'm receiving this error when attempting to update the Chat Announcement:

There was a database error. Please try again.

Joomla 2.5.4
Jomsocial 2.6.0
Arrowchat 1.5.11

Sounds like the database is corrupted. I would re-run the installer.

I downloaded AC 1.5.11 and uploaded to website again.

I think online friends issue solved, but icons (Chatrooms, Notifications, Show/Hide chatbar, options on buddy list) dont show...
