Few Install Problems

I am trying this out before I buy it but I have ran in to a few problems... The bar is not showing so I have looked on here how to fix it but I have no idea how to fix the 2 problems here...

User ID The User ID is not set. ArrowChat is acting as if no one is logged in which may or may not show the bar depending on your settings.

Buddy List The buddy list has an error in the MySQL. Here is the error that MySQL is returning:
MySQL Error Number : 1146
MySQL Error Message : Table 't****_forum.zebra' doesn't exist

The 2nd one needs to be phpbb_zebra but I have no idea how to fix that so any help would be grateful :)

Update: I have got it to show up on the HTML part of the site but not PHPBB part.
