Vbulletin 4.1.12 Integration Issue

Vbulletin 4.1.12

When I enable members only chatting the bar doesn't show up. ArrowChat/Debug reports that Username is not set.

Chat works fantastic if I enable guests.

integration.php is the same as the functions_vbullettin at least as far as I can tell since it's encrypted.

Can you please copy and paste the includes/config.php here. Make sure to remove the username/password in that file first.

Looks okay, but are you 100% sure the table prefix is "zp_"? Usually vBulletin prefix is blank.

zp_ was the auto-detected prefix and I didn't bother to look to see if it was correct.

Yes, auto-detection isn't 100% correct, unfortunately :/

Solved the original problem but seems to have opened up a new one.

Logged out users are still getting the bar despite guest access being denied and can view users online.

I have deselected show all online users and now they can't see people when not logged in, but the bar still displays.

Just tested this out and there was indeed an issue. Please re-download the trial and go into the includes/functions/integrations folder and rename the functions_vbulletin.php file to integration.php and place it in your includes folder.

So it would look like:
includes/functions/integrations/functions_vbulletin.php => includes/integration.php

I also fixed the problem with the avatars. Just download the attached file (ccpic.php) and place it in the root of your vbulletin folder (ex: /forum/ccpic.php).

As Jason said, make sure your table prefix is correct. It should probably be blank.

Also you might need to delete all the arrowchat tables and re-install.

Chat has been working perfectly for days now and we are definitely going to purchase it.
