Debug tool showing "The user id is not set" error - what now

Hi, I installed the trial and I can see the chatbar but nothing within it. I ran the debug tool and the results are attached. Doesn't give enough information on exactly what I need to do to fix. Can someone help guide me step by step? Thanks!

Did you install as a custom website? The includes/integration.php will need to be customized.

Not sure what you mean by 'custom website' - I am installing onto my IP.Board site.

I verified that everything seems to be working in IP.Board. Can I please get a test login account and your site URL. I'm guessing your IP.Board is either not setting cookies or setting the cookie to a different name.
