Admin panel does not display

Hello, after installing the new version (5.1.12), there was a problem with the display of admin panel. Installation went smoothly, without broblema to chat, but the problem is that I can not access the admin panel: (((

I use the latest version of Joomla and JomSocial component, so if anyone knows what to do please help me.

Download and overwriting the attached file with your arrowchat folder. This should fix the problem.
