Hello, I installed arrowchat1.55-trial in combination with socialengine 4.2.4. The problem is that it shows the registered members in socialengine as guests.

I test it on an internal Internet network.

Is it normal that?

No, it is not normal. I'd have to see a live version of the site to be able to tell you specifically what's going on.

Make sure the ArrowChat folder is located in your SocialEngine root, you're using the correct table prefix, and you selected SocialEngine v4 during installation.

What is the correct table prefix on socialengine and how-where to check?

Thank you for the quick response.

It typically is "engine4_" but it may be different. It can be check in your database by looking at the table names.

During installation are you using the same database details that your SocialEngine is on?

If you are, let me know the name of a few of the tables in your database (any of them).
