Chat bar has disappeared after forum folder was moved

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me out.

About a month ago we integrated Subdreamer with our Vbulletin board and during this process Arrowchat stopped working. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with our forum being moved to another folder in our forum root, but whatever I try in the configuration settings I just cannot get Arrowchat to work.

I've tried un-installing and re-installing. I've tried changed the base URL to every combination I can think of and still nothing.

I contacted my server people to confirm my url path and they came back with ../ so the base URL would be ../arrowchat/ right?

Or am I wrong?

I'm really hoping some can fill me in because I'm at a loss now.
