User list scroll bar not showing in wordpress

I configured arrowchat to show offline users so that users can leave offline messages to each other. I currently have 26 users and when you click Chat to show the users list, it will not give you a scroll bar if it's getting taller than the screen size and users from the top most list is getting cut off.

Is there a way to circumvent this problem? How can I force the buddylist window to show scrollbar when it reaches a certain height?
