Hello I have installed the latest version of arrow chat and when I enters into the debug everything is fine . I have configured all visitors to chat only with the Admins, but when the admin is online and I visit arrow chat it says that there is no one available for chat?

What could be the problem and how I can fix it?

There could be a lot of reasons for this; you'll have to open a support ticket.

The support guys are telling me that we need to create login system in our website but it is public website.

That is correct unless you wanted all guest chat.

Hi there… have the same problem: No one is available to chat.

What I wanted to achieve was a support channel for any user (probably guest using ArrowChat terminology) coming to my site. Thus, I tried to enable guest chat and set guests to be able to chat with admins only.

So same problem as ENikolova I take it?
