smfforfree installation question

Okay, I am perhaps a little bit of a newbie when it comes to web management. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to upload the arrowchat software to my smfforfree domain (it's a ***.smfforfree2.com forum). smf don't allow ftp access to them, nor can I see any options that will allow me to upload files in the admin panel.

Is there a way I can install arrowchat without parking my forum on another domain?

I haven't used that site but typically sites like that do not give you file access. You cannot install ArrowChat without file access.
