Chat and Chatrooms stuck on "loading..." in mybb

I have Arrow chat installed on MYBB and it just appears as "loading.." when trying to access the chat or the chatroom the debug test is all clear.

I can not figure out why it is doing this as it seems to be installed fine.

has anyone experienced this issue or have any ideas what it could be.

Make sure your includes folder is CHMOD to 755 and not 777.
