Arrowchat embedded and mobilechat working but bar is missing

Hi guys, not sure why I can't get this working, if it helps I get this when I inspect the element on google chrome.:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) http://wabaja.org/forums/arrowchat/external.php?type=js
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'toLowerCase' of undefined chrome-extension://flmmfiimopackdmfjpnogannjpkfkpoj/contentscript.js:15

Any ideas? Admin panel also works, and debug shows no errors.

Can't get the bar on bottom to work but everything else seems fine.
