Edit Template changes not taking efffect

I've made a simple change to the style sheet to increase a font size, but the change doesn't show on the chatroom. I've used Firebug to inspect the element and the stylesheet in Firebug does not show the changed line. Is there some cache or setting on the server that I need to clear before this change will take effect? I've already tried browser cache and Ctrl+F5. Thank you.
