Mobile chat blank / empty.

Mobile chat does not display any users online and is blank when accessing it via mobile device.

Although when going to the same link mysite/arrowchat/public/mobile/ on pc users are listed with no issues.

Any suggestions on what this can be?

You need to visit your website first on your mobile and log in before visiting the mobile chat site, otherwise it doesn't see you as logged in.

This is something that needs improving in ArrowChat mobile, the ability to log in via mobile chat, or at least have a redirect/log in link to enable people to do this before using it. The other improvement of course is the ability to use chatrooms via mobile.

I'm having the same issue. Even when logged into my WordPress web site, going to the Mobile Chat web site results in an empty "Mobile Chat" window.

This makes the mobile chat unusable.

This can also be caused by not having cookies setup properly. You may need to go to www.yoursite.com or yoursite.com (with or without www) for the user list to show up.
