Arrow Chat Problem In PHPFOX

Is there anyone who can help me when I install "arrow chat" then this problem occurs I have 3 phpfox installed on my localhost all shows same problem and after restarting Xampp server its run fine for a little while

I've never seen anything like this, and I'm not really sure where to start with that. ArrowChat doesn't touch anything on your existing site, so I can't imagine ArrowChat would be the cause of this.
