How to unlock a user to be able to read it again?

The settings button (cog wheel in the upper right) in the buddy list menu.

This error occurs when the file is uploaded to translate to Spanish

It'll only show users if you have users blocked. If your language file isn't up-to-date then it may create an error in the menu as well.
