Link with icon to initiate chat

I am using Xenforo and the trial version of ArrowChat. Having tried 2 other products that didn't work with the firewall on my server I was excited to find that ArrowChat works.

I would like to add an icon next to a user's name in my member's list page that when clicked would initiate a chat with that user. Can anyone advise what that link would be?
