arrowchat can not support UTF-8 !!

in arrowchat i see a problem
can not support some languages like utf-8 languages ...

Your database needs to be in UTF-8 for it to show up correctly.

checked in phpmyadmin
all of them are UTF-8
i make a persian language but after change it from arrowchat settings my bar will be hide and i can not see any thing !!!
i think in base we have no UTF-8

ArrowChat also displays things as they are written. If your usernames are written in an HTML entities format, it will come out that way. It is possible to change this though, let me know if that's the case.
