Hot to Remove render-blocking JavaScript report from google

I am trying to speed up my page loading for Google/Yahoo and keep getting the following error back when I run page speed tests on GTMetrix.com:

Remove render-blocking JavaScript:
http://www.mysite.com/arrowchat/includes/js/jquery.js
http://www.mysite.com/arrowchat/include ... uery-ui.js

Is there a way for me to correct this?

You can use Google's JQuery and JQuery UI versions if you want, but you won't really see much of a speed increase if at all.

ArrowChat works with any JQuery version, so you can use a more recent version too.
